Everyone in the land of Xanth must have some type of magic power, if not they are exiled.  A man is on a quest for magic so he does not have to be exiled in just a few months.  Well that quest goes wrong, because of an evil magician that tries to oer throw the king and take the Craw for himself.  Read the book to find out more.
