I really liked the Witch & Wizard because it was told from two points of view (Wisty & Whit's)  the only bad part is you sometimes have to go back and see who is talking.  Another thing is the characters are really and really retermined to beat the one who took over and banned all magic.  But the best part was the short chapters with cliffhanger endings that keep you turning the page all the way to the end.
