13 Little Blue Envelopes by Maureen Johnson is an action packed and thrilling book.  It all starts out when 17 yr old Ginny receives a package from her dead Aunt Peg.  Inside the package there are 13 little blue envelopes and a sheet of paper that tells Ginny that she can only bring a backpack full of clothes, toiletries, and some money.  The paper also tells Ginny to head to Europe.  Ginny can only open an envelope when the task in the pervious envelope has been completed.  So Ginny sets out to Europe and follows the instructions that each envelope tells her to do.  Ginny has many adventures during her trip.
