The North County branch is a cozy community branch with just enough of everything and quick access to the larger District collection. We were the first branch of the St. Charles City-County Library District to open back in 1975. Our building which is a little over 1000 sq ft was originally a one room school house, and we have it packed with nearly 9000 items for you to browse and check out. We don’t have a large building so we have been creative in using our space to create a welcoming and pleasant library to visit. We really enjoy getting to know our customers and providing personal service, programs, public access computer and assistance in finding information. Stop in and get to know us! If we don’t have what you need, we will get materials delivered in a few days. We are your answer place in northern St. Charles County.
