Nepotism

No person shall be employed by the St. Charles City-County Library District who is directly related, or related by marriage, to the third degree, to the following:

Trustee
Director
Deputy Director
Coordinator of Finance and Support Services
Human Resources Coordinator

Branch Managers and Department Heads shall not employ persons who are directly related, or related by marriage, to the third degree, to work under their direct supervision.
