Copiers - Use by Employees

The St. Charles City-County Library District has supplied the Library Branches and Administrative Offices with copying machines for library business and patron’s use; however, these machines may be used for employees personal copying too.

  1. The employee will reimburse the Library District at the prevailing cost made on District copying machines. Each work area will develop their own method of collection.
  2. The payment by the employee will be on the honor system.
  3. Funds collected will be sent to the Business Office for library use.

This policy shall apply to all reprographic copies, including photocopies, local fax copies and microform copies.
