Shadow Souls

"The Vampire Diaries: Shadow Souls" is about a girl deciding which vampire brother she wants, while trying to save the brother she's with.  I would suggest this book because it has a little bit of everything; romance, mystery, drama & action.  I enjoyed reading this book and it definitely kept me on the edge of my seat on every page, which is why I suggest you read "The Vampire Diaries: Shadow Souls".

12 year old Riley Bloom had crossed the bridge to the afterlife, where she has been assigned a job as a soul catcher and a guide named Bodhi, they return back down to earth together for rileys first assignment to visit a haunted castle in England which is ruled by the radiant boy.  I suggest this book because it teaches you that life isn't about having fun and living in paradise its about how you treat yourself and others around you.  I loved this book it was so interesting and hard to put down.  find out why Riley is different than the others in Radiance.

The Awakening

Elena Gilbert is the most popular girl in school.  Stefan Salvatore moves to Mystic Falls and falls in love with Elena.  Elena resembles Katherine from 1864, Stefans love.  Stefan and his brother Damon are vampires.  They are both trying to get Elena.  Elena and Damon are friends but have a very weak friendship.  I would recommend this book to anyone who likes vampire stories.

Abandon by Meg Cabot is a novel focusing on one girl and the struggles she has to encounter when she falls in love with Hades, the god of Death.  The novel is full of suprises and anyone who reads this novel will fall in love with the plot, characters, and their will to stay together.  I would recommend thsi novel to anyone who likes urban fantasy.

I enjoyed reading this book a lot.  It was about a girl who moves to a different state & can only trust 1 person, a ghost.  I could relate to the characters because I had to move & I knew no one @ first.  The only part I would change is the title.  Other than that, it was a pretty good book!  I recommend reading it.

Devoured is a great book.  It has strong characters and vivid details.  I could picture everything that happened.  I wouldn't recommend this for small or imature children.  At some parts it was so terryfying you could feel the pain, some parts were so heartfelt you couldn't help but smile, and some parts you can just tear up.  You can never guess what comes next.  Devoured is a heartfelt, adreniline-pumping, and terrifying book of twists, turns, and shocks beyond belief.

From the desk of DC Comics writer Jon Lewis comes his book Invasion.  It starts off the same way as any alien/superhero book would... Colts's parents die.  So he moves in with his grandfather.  At Colt's new school he meets his childhood friend Dani and the familiar Oz.  Just as Colt's life starts getting back in order he receives a tip that his parents didn't die in a car accident, they were ordered to be killed by the powerfulest industry in the world!  And so, the three friends must take it down along with all it's terrible secrets.

I would definitely, most definitely recommend this book!  When I read a book with suspense and drama, I get so absorbed inot it that I don't feel like I'm in the real world.  I love horse books so much, it's unbelievable.  When I told everyone that the Gone Series was my top one best book, nobody could believe it!  My favorite characters are Caine and Diana.  Diana and I look exactly alike from the description.

Dreams of the Dead

I loved Dreams of the Dead because it is so horrific and, well... twisted.  I wouldn't dare hesitate to recommend this book to my friends.  I was so excited when I heard it was part of a series and I have read 2/3 of them.  If you do take my advice and you check out this amazing series, then I am very confident you will love and adore every word of it.
